Photoshop Elements 4.0 Keeps Quitting

I purchased a bamboo tablet a few years ago and it came with Photoshop Elements 4.0 which I installed onto my mini mac and it has worked perfectly fine. Recently I purchased an Imac and installed the Photoshop on it and it worked fine in the beginning but now it keeps unexpectantly quitting for no reason. I'll open it up and start resizing a photo and it just quits for no reason. I have deleted it and reinstalled it, and tried updating it but it still just keeps quitting. Does anyone one know how to fix this problem?

What OS version? What does the crash log say?

Mac OS X 10.6.8. Crash Log says: Photoshop quit unexpectedly, unless you want the problem details and system configuration which is really long. And I just remembered that Photoshop started doing this after I downloaded a new font from the internet, could that be the problem?

The problem details are the crash log. Yes, that's the part they need.
Yes, corrupt fonts can cause the OS and applications to crash.
