If I'm working in Photoshop Elements 11 organizer and displaying images at full size in the image panel (center panel). When I use my mouse scroll button to rapidly move forward to an image that is somewhat "distant" from the current image, it takes a really long time for the second image to be displayed at full resolution. What seems to be happening is that the Organizer is compelled to process all of the intervening files even though I'm not interested in having any of them displayed. It would be preferable if the only file that was accessed for a full resolution image was the one I eventually stopped on and maybe preferable if the thumbnail images were skipped as well. As I'm rapidly scrolling through images, the thumbnail version is certainly adequate because I won't have it displayed for more than a few tenths of a second at most. Scrolling in the reverse direction seems to require about twice as long to get the full resolution image displayed.
