Adobe Photoshop Element 10. When, I uninstall and reinstall the program I get error
code 2343 specified path is empty. I checked the hard drive (C) program data, adobe,
photoshop elements and elements organizer 10.0 deleted.
PSE10 is uninstalled. Users, app data, roaming.adobe,---nothing there.
I set up another user account on my window 7 home computer and that didn't work
by doing a reinstall.
I worked with adobe tech support and doing the above solutions and it didn't solve my
problem with the error code 2343.
I'm doing the reinstall with my Adobe Photoshop Element 10 CD. I haven't had any other
older photoshop elements on my desktop computer.
I did a hard drive search for any left over from the program and I can't find anything on
the drive.
I don't have any solutions to the error code 2343 to reinstall the program.

I see that you have uninstalled Elements and then deleted some of its settings files. Did you ensure that you deleted the application folder from Program Files as well? Also, try running the Microsoft Fixit utility here: Diagnose and fix program installing and uninstalling problems automatically
