If the whole system hangs, you're probably looking at bad hardware (like the RAM you added), but it could also be caused by an OS bug or a low level driver bug. But by far the most common cause is defective RAM, followed by defective motherboards, CPUs, and power supplies. Applications cannot cause the entire system to hang, shutdown, or reboot -- only OS, low level drivers, and hardware can do that.

And what do you mean by "keep loading"?

Keep Loading means system put on hold and waiting icon appear. But I am facing problem most of the time with Photoshop only we changed the RAM several times but still after few days Photoshop comes up with new problem. But rest of all softwares are working well without any issue.

even we reinstall the complete OS from the clean hard drive. So Please advise what we can do now.?

Again, if the whole system hangs -- you most likely have defective hardware in your system. You have to find and replace that defective hardware. Doesn't matter if it happens in one program or all of them -- you still have defective hardware.

And you need to take care of the bad hardware before you can do any other troubleshooting on your system.
