Photoshop CS6 tools are inactive after Dragging/Dropping images from Safari webpages

Dropping an image dragged directly from a website causes Photoshop CS6 tools to 'lock up'. Key commands allow the switching of modes, but the tools are no longer active.

Safari 6.0
Photoshop 13.0.1

I just created a new document (PS 13.0.1 / Safari 6.0 / MacOS 10.7.4) and dragged the google.com logo from their webpage to my new document.

I was able to move the image around, and brush, switch tools, etc.

Does this workflow work for you?

If not:
Try quitting / restarting photoshop?

Or you could restore your prefs too: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/usin...

Your above workflow did succeed.

Had previously had this freeze the tools several times today, in succession.

I could not reproduce this on my system. But a QE was able to reproduce it on his. We'll keep investigating.

Have been seeing the error again.

This time noted that the image dragged in produced a "Paste Profile Mismatch" prompt on drop. That may have been the case before as well.
