There is a BUG in Photoshop CS6, in Spot Healing Brush Tool, when it is using a Content Aware -feature. When I am fixing a persons skin, every now and the the tool provides FALSE PIXELS (bright red, green, blue etc) instead of the correct colours that would fix the skin. This happens even in the wide open skin areas and seems like a clean bug.

I haven't seen that at all.
Have you installed the 13.0.1 update?
Which OS version are you using?
And this might depend on the image - since it may just be picking up something noisy as the source for healing.

I haven't seen other people report that problem, I haven't seen it, and I just spent several minutes trying and can't reproduce it.
Have you tried using a different computer?
Is there any chance that you copied plugins from a previous version of Photoshop?

I haven't had this problem before on any other versions of Photoshop or any other OS versions. And I haven't copied plugins from earlier versions.
Is there any chance that this older Mac OS is affecting to the case?

No, the OS version wouldn't affect it.
But I'm not sure what could cause it beyond catastrophic failures.
Since you're the only one seeing this, you'll need to do some troubleshooting on your system, and try other systems.
