Photoshop CS6 Save For Web Resize Quality Bug

There's a bug in the Save For Web feature of Photoshop CS6. When you're resizing as you save, the "Quality" popup lists the standard resize algorithms yet no matter what you choose, it always uses bicubic.

You can reproduce this by taking, say, a screen snapshot and use it to save for web at 50% and use the various resize algorithms. The exported files will look exactly the same pixel for pixel no matter what "Quality" resize algorithm you choose.

This is on Mac OS 10.8/10.9. Couldn't test the Windows version.
