Photoshop CS6 printing on a Xerox Phaser 7500 doesn't give right size of paper.

I'm trying to print a custom size on the Photoshop CS6 to a Xerox Phaser 7500 printer. The size is 32x96cm, and when you got to setup it on printer, Photoshop resets back to A4.
Someone knows what is happening?

The paper size comes entirely from the printer driver, not the application.

Please check with Xerox about known problems, or any additional steps that may be needed in their driver when defining custom paper sizes.

I agree with that.. but, the drivers sais that the "document size", wich is where the problem is, is sent by the Software.
And, in CS5 and all other aplications, it works.
The document is in the size of the intended print (32x96cm), by the way.
Really strange.

The software only specifies where on the paper (within the printable area) to put the image, after the driver has told it about the size of the paper and the area on the paper that is printable.

The paper/page size comes from the driver.
