Photoshop CS6: Help/manual with structured table of contents, or PDF help?

In previous photoshop versions, there was a help system with a structured tabled of contents, and with a downloadable PDF document.

At present, neither of that seems to be there. Help directs to http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/topi... and there are some scattered articles without a structured table of contents, and no possibility to download a PDF. Where can I get that?

P.S. The old help for PS CS5 or previous versions seems to have vanished, too. What is going on?
