Photoshop: Move Crop and Cancel options to top of context menu

Can you move the crop and cancel options to the top of the list, so we don't have to scroll allllll the way to the bottom, just for default, standard functionality? plus, those are the most commonly used options.

I assume you are talking about the options that appear when Command/right-clicking. Of course, the scrolling only will occur if you Command/right-click so close to the bottom of the screen that the menu falls off.

However, I have always used the keyboard shortcuts for accepting/cancelling a crop, which would be Enter and Escape.

But let's see what a group consensus develops.

I'm sorry, I said scrolling, and "moving my mouse to the bottom of the context menu" more accurately depicts what I was trying to convey.
