Photoshop CS6 Crashing Constantly

We just purchased Photoshop CS6 this week and I have not been able to do anything in it because it crashes after performing just two tasks. I open a 3 page PDF file and I take the first page and rotate it slightly, then I crop one edge of the page and that is when it crashes. On the reverse, if I don't rotate and go straight to cropping, I can crop several pages, but as soon as I try to perform any other task, it crashes. I have the log file from today's crash which I will paste the first few rows below. My IT Department has installed all the updates, they have upgraded my video driver. We are at a loss but this program cost way too much to not to be able to use it at all. FYI, I had to beg my IT department to purchase this for me and now I can't use it. Below is the first 7 rows of the error report, it goes on much more than this.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Hi Pati,

I don't see any crash reports from you yet.
Would you also consider sending your Photoshop System Info?
(Photoshop: Help > System Info... (copy & paste into a reply to this message).

Thanks,
Meredith

That is not a crash report, just a list of the binaries that were loaded at the time.

Did you install the Photoshop 13.0.1 update?

You really need to go download and install the 13.0.1 update.

Then we can try to narrow it down some more if the problem still occurs.

My IT group has installed the updates, they have reinstalled video drivers, and still it crashes when using crop and rotate. I don't know how to private message you or I would. I may have to call the help desk at this point.

Unfortunately, there's not a crash report on Windows that gives valuable information.
If we start with your system info (Help > System Info...) that will give us some good clues to go on.
If you'd prefer not to make it public, please Private Message it to Chris Cox.
Thank you,
Meredith
