I can't open new file and save existing one. Using PS CS6 on Win7. When I restart my system PS works good, but after some time it crashes again. Please help.

What happens when you try to open and save files?

And does it really require a system restart, not just relaunching Photoshop? If so, that would mean that something is wrong at the system level, not just in Photoshop.

When I start my system and open PS everything is OK, I click File > New, and I get this window with name, dimensions, etc. After some time I just can't save the file I'm working with. Nothing happens on CTRL+S, also I can't edit any text or anything. When I close PS and open it again I can't create new file. I click File > New and nothing happens. I tried to restart settings file by hitting CTRL+SHIFT+ALT quickly after clicking double in PS icon, but it didn't help.

OK, so something is wrong at a system level that is preventing Photoshop from working correctly.

Try disabling all third party plugins.
Check your drivers, utilities, etc. for anything that might conflict.
