I created an action in which i am creating a selective color adjustment layer. In this adjustment i'm adding 30%C, 30%Y and 30%M to Black. This adjustment is set to absolute. After using this action on other files adjustment in selective color layer is set to relative.

Yes that seems to be a bug in CS6 action recorder for CS5 recorder records the set current adjustment layer with the option "Method: absolute" in the step.
The CS6 Action recorder omits recording this so when the action is played the default method relative is used.

There's a way around: When recording your actions, select the OPPOSITE of what you want (check absolute or relative) and do your adjustments. then click on your background layer and then back on to the adjustment layer and CHANGE to the correct selection (check absolute or relative) This will be recorded and overwrite whatever the default bug is. Continue your recording and finalize with saving...
I also noted in some cases you may need to flatten image between every selective color adjustment if you have several layers of them...depends on what formats you are saving to...
