Photoshop CS6 beta flattens layers randomly?

Today I was working on a document with fully dynamic vector layers grouped together in a folder. I saved the document, opened it up again and then, the group was completely flattened for some reason.

Fix it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=katzz5...

Can you reproduce the behaviour with a new file?

So far I haven't been able to reproduce it, but it's happened twice already.

Well, I can't see a reason why I would purposely flatter layers that I spent a long time trying to perfect. But anyway... PSD, only vector layers, the group and its contents were completely flattened, nothing that comes into mind.

»I would purposely ...«
Then how about inadvertently?

I haven‘t tested the beta very hard yet, so there may well be plenty of stuff I haven’t come across, but I have so far not noticed any posts on the issue over at
http://forums.adobe.com/community/lab...
either, so I’m loath to rule out mistakes.

The only way I could do that is by pressing CTRL+E and if I had done that, I would have noticed it. I was still working with the file to check everything was there.

Do you use any automations (Actions or Scripts) that may contain a Merge-step?

And I am not ruling out that there may be an issue, but unless the issue can be reproduced I doubt anything much can be done about it.

Nobody else has reported this, so I'm going to have to guess user error here (saving without layers, or saving to a file format that doesn't support layers).

You just uncovered an usability flaw with this website design (the button to see more comments isn't in an obvious place and isn't immediately apparent). And you're an employee that uses this site a lot. See all comments of the previous post. ;)

Can you try turing on screen recording and try to make it happen? That may give us more clues.
