Photoshop: CS5 with XP/SP3 will only print one copy at a time

Running Photoshop CS5 on Windows XP SP3, whenever I try to print more than one copy at a time, only one copy prints; tried two different printers. I have verified that an independent user at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science encounters the same problem. When I try the identical operation using Photoshop CS3 (still installed), it works perfectly. Does not seem to be a problem in Photoshop CS5 for Macintosh.

Yeah, this is a problem. If your printer allows you to set the number of copies within its UI (click the "Print Settings" button in Photoshop's print dialog), you should be able to use that, but you'll need to remember to change it back before you print again.

Yes, this works. By going to Print>Properties>Advanced>Copy_Count, I can set the desired number of copies. Adobe Technical Support says that this is a recognized problem with CS5 running under Windows SP or Windows 7. Thanks for the help.
