VCOMP100.DLL appears to be a support DLL for an application called Dolphin.

Anyway, that driver/DLL is the source of the problem here. It's being called after the driver has been unloaded, which normally would not happen in Phothosop, but can happen due to driver bugs outside of Photoshop.

I'd recommend debugging the Dolphin browser app by first uninstalling it. Reinstalling Dolphin or updating it may also solve the problem.
