Photoshop: CS2 crashes on Samsung laptop

I have Photoshop CS2 which runs ok on my Windows 7 PC, but keeps crashing on my Windows 7 laptop, any ideas why? Both laptop and PC are well above specs needed to run CS2.

Did it ever work?

Windows 7 is not a supported environment for Photoshop CS2.

You may need to enable Compatibility Mode in Win 7 to allow an older program like CS2 to run:
