I have had Photoshop CS 6 13.0.5 x64 for Macintosh (system 10.7.5) crash now twice under similar circumstances. I was editing a file and twice I hit command-L (which brought up the levels dialog) and PS crashed shortly thereafter. (Actually, I didn't want the levels dialog, I wanted the lasso tool, but I keep hitting the command modifier accidentally). Given that this was the same file being edited, but that the steps to get Photoshop to crash were different, I suspect that this might be easily understood given the crash log. The error shown was once Segmentation Fault and the second time Divide by zero.

I have saved the logs if Adobe wants them. I'll save the file too (it is big!). But I don't have a sure-fire recipe for repeating the error.

I'll also reboot, and if that makes the problem go away, then perhaps it was a transient error on my computer.

Adobe can contact me if they want more info.

The divide by zero sounds like it's a bug we've seen reports of and been trying to track down for a while. Email the logs to ccox (at) adobe (dot) com and I'll see if it matches the crash I'm thinking of.
