I received an email about a problem I have signing into Photoshop.com which I first reported here yesterday. The thread is gone. Since I cannot sign in to photoshop.com, I cannot respond to a thread about the issue of signing in. Arg.
I have cleared all cache. I sign in with my adobe ID. It is at this point when I click the sign in that there is some data movement, but the screen sits and the sign in button fails. I need a response that I can work with, not one where I cannot log into a site to discuss an issue about not being able to login to a site.

Hi 'Toddy'
I'm not sure why you can't see your previous post -- I still see it at: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...
It's strange that clearing the cache didn't help? What operating system and web browser are you using? Is it possible for you to try another web browser? If another web browser works better, that would indicate something should be corrected with your main browser app. If another browser is similarly troubled, then something else needs troubleshooting, for example firewall settings (if applicable), antivirus, general network connection needs repair, etc.
Try another web browser and let us know if that helps or not.

I can see it there, but I cannot log in there to comment on the thread. I have Mac Firefox 19. I tried in Safari and no luck there either. I cannot login and get past the username choosing page.

@Chris: I think he's not actually signed in directly. This was a clue: " ToddY 2 hours ago via Facebook "

I'm also using FF 19 and Safari for Mac, and have no problem... Ah, I think I understand the problem. You're signing in via Facebook?
If you log in from Facebook or Google and your ID does not match a previously created Adobe ID, we'll need to do a password reset from our end to enable you to login to Adobe.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am commenting (the only way possible for me) through Facebook. I cannot log into photoshop.com through that website which is not facebook. To comment on threads on photoshop.com, i would have to be logged in. That be my problemo. I cannot get past the login page asking for a username. The submit button does not work. I will have to try a windows machine to login with and let you know.

Did you try the password reset advice with the separate URL I previously shared?
Here's the URL again: https://www.adobe.com/account/sign-in...
Once there, click Trouble signing in? And do proceed to do a password reset. This will force adobe.com / photoshop.com to sync up. You can then change back to your previous password if you like.

I have to repost this. The solution is not fixed and I can only comment through the Facebook page for Photoshop as I cannot login past the username selection screen on photoshop.com as I previously posted.

Yes I did. Still no solution. Did you see the error I had posted? The thread is removed and I have to start a new one each time you do that. Also someone else posted this:
same probleme here. Clearing cache doesn't resolve anyhting.
I have contacted the adobe support recently and, despite they confirm the issue, the final reply I have was : "this login problem on photoshop.com is the consequence that photoshop.com will change to adoberevel.com. "
So if we cannot login and move assets then why tell us this? I was easily able to login to adoberevel.com.

I have the exact same problem.
Tried with IE and chrome on windows 7 on two different machines with no luck.
I have contacted the support and they told me that the behavior was normal because photoshop.com is changing to adoberevel.com 0__0
