Photoshop CC: shape layers spontaneously change color

Photoshop CC bug, 100% reproducible on my system:

1) Create a shape layer, with a solid color fill.

2) Select the eyedropper.

3) Sample a color from anywhere in the document.

4) The shape layer's fill will switch to the last used gradient.

I'm not seeing this issue on my system using the steps you provided. Could you tell me more about the method you're using to create the shape layer? Are you changing the color at any point before using the eyedropper? What are the eyedropper settings? What are the other layers in your image?

I have the same problem and it appears quite often.

1. fill the shape with gradient.
2. close the working file
3. open the working file
4. The shapes will be filled with different gradient (it switches to the colors last used in PS file).

This happens to multiple shapes on different layers. Basically all the shapes in file changes the gradient to the last used ones.
