Photoshop CC is not loading at all after updating my 2013 MacBook Air with Mac OS 10.9. The error message (in German as I am using the German version) says "Konnte Photoshop nicht initialisieren da ein Programmfehler aufgetreten ist" ("couldn't initialize photoshop since a program error occurred") . Application launcher is updated to the latest version and deinstalling and re-installing photoshop CC didn't change anything.

Either you are missing some of the required files and need to reinstall Photoshop (like if MacOS tried to move the application from another drive or system - it sometimes misses files), or something is wrong at the system level like a corrupt font, color profile, system library, etc.

It was the second Monitor which caused troubles. I changed the settings, now it works fine at all.

We've had some sporadic reports of second display problems in MacOS 10.9. We'll have to do some more testing with Apple to see what was broken in 10.9.
