Photoshop CC Live Shape Properties panel changes X position value and doesn't change decimals.

I created a vector rectangle using the shape tool in Ps CC and am trying to edit it using the Live Shape Properties panel but am having the following issues:

1. Changing a value in X or Y from any decimal to a whole number disregards the change. (example: 480.5 to 480, reverts to 480.5)

2. Changing any value results in the value being modified by a whole or decimal amount after hitting enter or tab. (example 400 to 450, changes to 449.99).

Note: this happens seemingly at random but most of the time.
I've had similar issues when using Transform.

I'm on OSX 10.8.4, PS CC 14.0 x64

I've found other issues with Live Shapes. If you resize an image that contains live shapes in it, those shapes don't get resized.

If you transform a live shape and change the horizontal skew, it changes the width instead.

I haven't yet found a way to convert a live shape into just a plain vector, which I'd love to do to avoid these bugs.

I have also encountered both those problems.

For transforming images I am having to use the path selection tool and dragging around the entire canvas to select every shape, pushing the escape key twice, then Transforming what I want to transform. A work around, but it seems very long and unnecessary.

For the live properties pretty much the same problem as Eduardo to tee.
