Photoshop CC: Enable "Crop Large Data" per individual layer

Large data, or the data that is outside the current PS document canvas, can add a ton of file size. Sometimes it's necessary to keep the large data, as you may need to reposition a layer to see more of what's off the canvas edge, and sometimes you just need to get rid of it. This is most common in heavily composited files.

Currently, the only way to remove large data that I know of is to Select All and Crop, removing ALL of the large data. It would be really handy to be able to right click on a layer and "Crop Large Data".
