Here's a bug: customer service. It took me over an hour to get in touch with an adequate human being (mainly because your sales team has NO IDEA about your products and insists on forwarding you to India to answer all questions that do not result in your credit card number, while subsequently lying to you about being transferred to INDIA!!). Meanwhile, India has bounced you around to three different people with the third eventually disconnecting the phone by mistake. So I call back... and get told AGAIN how the tech support has all the answers, but they live in the US so I should be fine, but he transfers me to INDIA anyway. Fortunately, this guy was not an a-hole, and we worked through the language barrier enough to finally resolve my Photoshop issue. Your customers should NEVER have to chase down an answer this hard.
