Photoshop: CC cursor lag response

I have a problem that started recently.
My mouse started to lag while using the mouse in photoshop. If I try to drag something by pushing space bar and moving the mouse, it takes a second to respond and then it responds and moves the canvas.
If I'm using a brush, it takes over a second to respond and then it creates a straight line and after that it responds normally.
Every time I use anything, transform, brush, move a layer or canvas, the system lags a second to respond then works normally.
It happens even with a new file, empty.
If I use my wacom intuos 4 (both pen and mouse) works perfectly, but my microsoft wireless mouse keeps lagging.

It started recently, about 2 weeks ago or maybe a bit more. Could it be an update? I haven't installed nor changed anything on my computer and it always worked fine for the last 2 years so I don't really know what to do.

I'm using a Windows 7 Ultimate - with Photoshop CC latest update (yesterday I guess)
AMD FX 8120
ATI Radeon HD6870
16gb RAM
1TB HD
Corsair AX750 PS

Thank you.

Try using a wired mouse and see if it is better.

What you're describing sort of sounds like a driver bug where the event timer for the mouse is out of sync with the rest of the computer.

Indeed! With a wired mouse its working properly.
But the problem was not really with the driver, but with my usb port in which the wireless adapter was plugged.

Today I tried to change the USB port for my microsoft wireless adapter and there is no lag in the response anymore.
Guess my windows messed up with the USB port over time.

Thank you for your response. I should have tried this before opening a support ticket. hahaha a
But well learnt my lesson now.

Again, thank you!

Hmm, I haven't seen a port problem like that before. Usually the USB port works or not. I guess it could have dropped back to a lower speed for some reason. But I'm glad to hear that you got it solved!
