I'm an intensive user of photoshop for ten years now, and the latest version is crashing about ten times a day on my system, which is a major problem for me.

I've got all the latest drivers installed, and nothing changed except photoshop cc.

Here's my event log:

Nom de l’application défaillante Photoshop.exe, version : 14.1.2.427, horodatage : 0x524002c6
Nom du module défaillant : unknown, version : 0.0.0.0, horodatage : 0x00000000
Code d’exception : 0xc0000005
Décalage d’erreur : 0x000000000707f3ee
ID du processus défaillant : 0xfd0
Heure de début de l’application défaillante : 0x01cef6bcaf0d6f0f
Chemin d’accès de l’application défaillante : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit)\Photoshop.exe
Chemin d’accès du module défaillant: unknown
ID de rapport : 22b7bb3f-62b2-11e3-b255-5404a628c030

In French sorry.

Is there anywhere else where I should ask about that?

The unknown module name usually means something that was unloaded - that could be a third party plugin (try disabling them all) or a driver.

Thanks for the answer, I don't have any plugin...

The only driver that sometimes caused problem was the wacom one for the cintiq 24 hd touch. Could that one be causing that kind of crash?

Or the video driver, or even a keyboard or mouse driver...

Ok, I've checked all my drivers, used also Driverupdate from avg.

There isn't any problem at all with my drivers, but there is a problem with photoshop CC. It keeps on crashing, and it's a pain.

The thing is, it was working really fine until it got updated recently (not the latest release, just the one before), so how can I fix the problem?

I experience spontanious crashes often as well + the ones that happens when you use remote desktop to a PC with photoshop running, 50% of times it crashes immediately (I've created another ticket on this http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh... )

But I also, like above, experience random crashes - a huge pain! It's really one of these swear word worthy issues :)

There seems to be no pattern of the crashes (probably is, but as a power user i do multitasking/windowing/all sorts of crap simmoultanously all day long). Photoshop CC just seems like an unrealiable unstable application.
