As you can see in the crash report, your ATI video card driver is crashing.
Update the driver from the AMD/ATI website to pick up the latest driver bug fixes.

Try unplugging the third monitor (connected to the Intel graphics card) and see if the crashes stop occurring. Also if you can find some way to connect all 3 displays to the 7870 video card, that'll work best.
