I'm experiencing a lot of the same crashing problems I had with CS6, but now I'm not able to report them even after following the steps here

http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite...

And after deleting my crash reporter prefs.

Is there something else I can do?

If you're on later versions of MacOS... there can be issues. The MacOS crash reporter may take a very long time to gather the crash report data (especially on 10.7 and later). Since the Adobe crash reporter needs to run after the Apple crash reporter - it may time out and not run. Sometimes subsequent crash reports will be generated faster and the Adobe crash reporter will get a chance to run. Faster machines generally have a better chance of the crash reporter running - since the OS crash reporter will run faster.

I'm running on 10.7.5, but a colleague on 10.8.3 is having the same issue. The Apple crash reporter runs in no time, but the Adobe... doesn't make an appearance.

I'm running a Mac Pro
2 x 2.4 GHz 6 Core
24 GB of RAM

There are only 2 things we know of that can stop it from showing up: the Apple crash reporter timing out, and the user specifying that they don't want the Adobe crash reporter to show it's dialog (either not run, or automatically send in reports).

And we are getting crash reports submitting from many users.
