Photoshop CC Apple Maverick's screen flicker glitch

I have just bought a new Mac Mini (Mavericks OS X Version 10.9.2) and Photoshop CC, and am using a Wacom Cintiq 21HD. I am having an infuriating problem, regularly whilst scrolling around the screen using the hand tool, and whilst using the lasso tool and even brushes and erasers, the screen flickers. It looks like the top of a black box or window flashes on the screen. It's driving me crazy, is there any known solution to this?

I've done a few searches but have come up with no solid answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, MacOS 10.9 has several video driver bugs that have not yet been fixed.

Let Apple know that this is an issue for you, and maybe it'll increase their priority for fixing the driver bugs.

I also have this problem, with the exact same set-up. Although the Wacom doesn't make much difference.

What version of Lightroom are you running? Are you also running on Mavericks or a different OS?
