Those errors are from scripts, and usually happen when you mix current scripts with older versions of the scripts.

Did you copy a bunch of scripts and presets (or worse: plugins) from a previous version of Photoshop?

Make no difference here is CC 32bit with nothing added Image Processor Pro was renamed before CC 32 was started. I then tried Load Files into stack. From screen captures you should be able to see nothings extra was install

It looks like its something in my preferences. Scripts work with 64Bit cc but not with 32bit cc

The file that cause the problem is MachinePrefs.psp

It may have to do with OpenCL support. In CC 64Bit I use GPU advanced settings and checked OpenCL I see this is not possible in CC 32bit with my setup nvidia quadro 4000

Scripts are now working in both CC64bit and CC 32bit

You showed a scripting error - that shouldn't have anything to do with OpenCL, or OpenGL support.

And normally we see those errors when someone mistakenly copied scripts from an older version of the app.

All I can say for sure is the Problem was cause by the Preference File
MachinePrefs.psp I have the file version that works with the 64Bit version and not the 32Bit version of Photoshop CC and I have the file version that works with both versions of Photoshop CC. The one thing I noticed was the different of OpenCL in the performance section of Photoshop Preferences. While OpenCL may have nothing to do with the Script problem the MachinePrefs.psp is what caused Photoshop CC 32bit to fail with the error 22 when any script tries to creat a new window object.

If you want to see the two versions I can send them to you....

Scripts with dialog work in both versions of Photoshop with one version of MachinePrefs.psp Photoshop preferences. With the other MachinePrefs.psp file in Photoshop Userid Preferences all Scripts that have a dialog fail when the Photoshop CC 32bit version is running. However they work when you run Photoshop CC 64bit version.
