What does the detailed crash report say? (check the system event viewer)

Most of the crashes on launch are due to bugs in outdated video card drivers, or bugs in third party plugins.

not very much...
First window: "discontinued operation of the program Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.
Windows searches for ways to fix this error ..." (google.translate)

Second window: "The program Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 does not work. arisen problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program, and if there is a known workaround, notify you of this." (google.translate)

We need the DETAILED crash report, from the system event viewer, specifically the name of the crashing module.
The error dialogs tell us nothing useful.

And, again, most of the crashes on launch are due to bugs in outdated video card drivers, or bugs in third party plugins.

Open the Windows System Event Viewer, look for the report corresponding to the time and date of your crash.

Or just go update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website (Not Microsoft, not a system builder) and see if the crash goes away.
