Photoshop CC 2014: Scrolling does not work in Actions Panel

Scrolling does not work in the actions panel.
(Dual screen system, Win 7, 64bit, 2nd screen)
Scrolling does not work on any screen for the actions panel.

It does work in the all other panels that I checked so far.

I have exactly the same problem. (Win8 64bit without 2nd screen)

Same problem here, Win 8.1 64 bit with 2 screens but scrolling doesn't work in the actions panel on either screen.

Strangely though the scrolling works if I hover over the scroll bar.

For me too, it scrolls when mouse is hovering over the scroll bar.

Same for me, I'm also having the same set-up, dual screen, panel on second screen, detached. (It doesn't work when it's attached as well)

Like said below, fixed in the latest update (2014/10/20)
