Photoshop CC 2014 on Macbook Pro RD on OSX 10.9.3, when connected to an external monitor and moving the photoshop window from the main screen to the external monitor makes the workspace black (the area where the document is). Closing the document and reopening does not fix the problem. Quitting Photoshop and opening it does fix the problem.

Similar problem with the tool stack. Tried to move it to the other monitor (positioned above my laptop monitor). Half of the tall stack of the tool button bar was on the laptop monitor (the bottom half) and the top half could not be seen. This resulted in me not being able to move it anywhere.

That sounds like another video card driver bug in 10.9. Please let Apple know about this so they can isolate which GPU models are affected.

In the meantime, you may need to turn off GPU drawing in Photoshop's preferences to avoid the video driver issue.
