Photoshop: Minimized documents show after application switching

I'm using Photoshop CS5 extended, Mac OS 10.6.8. I don't use document tabbing in PS. I generally have 5-10 documents open at any given time and like to keep the documents I'm not using in my Mac dock. The problem I am having is that when I switch out of Photoshop and then come back in, it shows me all of my hidden docs and places them on top of the document I want to see. How do I fix this so that they stay in the dock?

I have CS5 Extended (12.1). I haven't seen any updaters for this yet.

Just to be clear - it happens when outside of Photoshop and then choosing "Hide Others" from the Finder/Application menu. It does not happen when just clicking outside Photoshop and coming back in.

I was able to reproduce this, and I logged it in the bug database. Thanks for reporting it.

We generally can't comment on future versions of Photoshop (updates or otherwise)
