Hello, I have a problem with GPU acceleration under Photoshop on my new AM4 system (Ryzen 3900x, Nvidia 2070 Super, PCIe4-SSD, Gigabyte Aorus Ultra X570). Functions such as Camera Raw "Automatic" are very, very slow in Photoshop. With "reduce blur" the calculation of a 21 MP photo takes almost 2 minutes (!) - all 24 CPU cores are at 100% - the graphics card at only 2%. The graphics card is correctly recognized in the default settings. All other Adobe products are extremely fast. What could be the problem? Best regards Tom

I have the same setup with a 2080 Super and 48GB of 3200Mhz Ram, and same issue here. Makes me kind of regret upgrading from intel... haven't been able to do much about it despite following all instructions on YouTube and Google...

I was able to solve the problem with the raw converter: it was due to Acronis 2020 (backup software).
After uninstalling, the problem was gone. Only "Reduce Blur" is still very slow (2 minutes for a 21 MP image). I suspect that Adobe has not optimized it for the ZEN2 architecture (Ryzen 3000). A pity...
