Photoshop window doesn't restore after hibernate.

1. Open latest PS 20.0.1
2. Don't close down PS from X button, minimize should be ok (or maybe even should be minimized for the problem to occur, I don't know yet).
3. Hibernate on Windows 10 Pro
4. Next day when you wake up the computer, taskbar shows PS app is running (like it should be), but clicking on it doesn't restore it. You cannot also close the window from X in the taskbar preview window. Can only close PS via Task Manager. Then PS restores fine again until next hibernate.

This is a problem with latest versions of PS (on W10 1803). 3 months ago this was not an issue.

I was experiencing the same issue when putting my Win10 machine to sleep.

After seeing a thread here...

https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/photoshop-cc-2019-loads-runs-then-gets-stuck-...

I tried a test over the past 2 nights (Firefox user here, but figured it was worth a go).

First night I left my browser and Photoshop minimized when I put the machine to sleep and I could NOT restore PS in the AM.

Last evening, just PS minimized and it restored fine this morning.

Might be worth a shot...?
