I'm writing to you about an idea my brother and I had, which is either brilliant or stupid. He said it was pretty good, which is the sole justification of me writing to you.
My brother being a 3D artist, and me trying to make something simple with Blender, we started talking about how the main source of inconvenience (for professionals) and impotent rage (for newbies like myself) is creating the mesh we want.
Then we thought to ourselves: what if you could draw that mesh in 3D, using VR tech, and then the program would fill in the provided outline with a mesh? You could literally walk around your own drawing, create the mesh, and then sit back down to the PC and work with the mesh as usual.
In any case, take care and have fun. :D
