Photoshop: Unexpected "end-of-file": "Could not load actions because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered"

I'm using Photoshop Cs6. It was working fine yesterday. Last night it would not open and and a popup read "could not load actions becuse an unexpected end-of-file was encountered." After multiple unsuccessful attempts to open, I uninstalled Photoshop and reinstalled. I still get the same message and photoshop will not open.  Now that I have reinstalled, I'm also getting a second popup that says "could not initiate Photoshop because the preferences file was invalid (it has been deleted."

When you uninstalled, did you choose the option to delete/remove your preferences?

If you remove your preferences folder, then launch Photoshop, does it work? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

I had this problem using Nikon software in Sierra. Try download your Photos with Bridge or manually. Hope this helps.

I apologize, dont readed correctly the original post. My problem was with ViewNX from Nikon which still shows inconsistencies under Mac OSX Sierra. Best regards.
