I have a Dell - Windows 10 - laptop with a 4k screen and a 27" Benq 4K external monitor. Because of the large differences in the monitor sizes, the larger monitor has a 150% scaling and the small laptop 250%. Photoshop will not scale properly on the larger monitor (depending on settings). Either the top file menus and paint bushed do not work or the popup screens (like Gaussian blur) don't fit in the dialog window. Spent 4 hours with 2 different Adobe help technitians before they came to that conclusion. One of them pointed to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/high-dpi-scaling.html Apparently the problem is known and is over 2 years old. It is hard to believe that my setup is not that unusual. Dos anyone know a "real"solution to this or when Adobe is going to address this bug? None of my other photo editing software has this issue.
