Photoshop printing problem with exported images from photos.app

I'm trying to print images that have been shot on the iPhone X from Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.5). They have been imported for the iPhone into the Apple Photos.app first, and then exported.
I've tried exporting them from photos.app as .jpg, .png and as .tif, with or without metadata.
I've also reset the preferences of Photoshop by starting up with the shift+alt+command keys and by manually removing the preferences from the Library folder.
Another thing I tried was opening the image in Photoshop and exporting it to .jpg or .png.
The print buttons are greyed out after the first try to print the image. When opening another file the print buttons work again.
Other images print without problems.
I'm using Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0.5) on a fully updated MacOS X 10.14.5 system on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015).
Printing from Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1.8) or older works as expected.

I've attached an image that give me trouble.

I am not able to reproduce with the image above. I think the image is converted/compressed when uploaded to the site. You could zip the original file up and post a link to the file (CC files or Dropbox).

On thing to try is hold down the Spacebar when you select File > Print...

Hello Jeffrey, sorry for the late reply, I did not have access to my computer for a while.
I've created a new file with the same problem. You can access it using this link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pdjkn8vsjp7iqui/IMG_6568.HEIC.zip?dl=0

The spacebar trick didn't work for me.

Best regards, Willem Schilder.
