Photoshop printing issues

Photoshop CC on my station has stopped printing properly. It will not allow changing any preferences. I can't change paper size and the tabs on the print menu are missing. It will only print on letter size paper. I have reinstalled my printer drivers and have tried reinstalling Photoshop CC. Nothing changed. My printer still works properly from other programs. The print menu labels are in English. This seems to be related to the latest Windows 8.1 Update. It happened after the last update was installed. How can I fix the problem.

That means that there is a problem with the printer driver software.
Photoshop can only go by the page size information it gets from the printer driver.

You probably need to check with the printer maker for updated drivers, or additional instructions on how to solve issues with their driver.

I have removed and reinstalled the printer driver more than once. I have removed and reinstalled Photoshop. It is not the printer driver itself. The problem is not with all Adobe products, nor is the problem with any other program that uses the printer drivers. I can print from everything else. I believe that problem is with Adobe Photoshop. It might be a compatibility problem with the most recent update of Windows 8.1.
