Photoshop: Can outdated Add-ons/Extensions work in recent versions of Photoshop?

So many Add-ons presented with the start of CC won't work with latest version of Photoshop 2015.0.1. Please bring an update and make them work with latest versions.

Actions work without any problems. The author of the actions simply needs to update the compatibility flags on the addons site.

Older extension panels written for Flash will not work, and have to be rewritten by their authors to use HTML instead of Flash.

I know that. Flash is dead.

But some add-ons are subscriber exclusive or from Adobe employees
(Russel Brown, Sr. Creative Director Adobe) and were pushed to get new customors to CC. Now that we are in, we are left alone.

I see that it may be a lot of work to rewrite them. But Adobe decided to kill this technology without giving us a real substitution for these add-ons or new ones. This is frustrating because I had a good workflow with some of the add-ons.

Please do your homework and at least update the extensions that came from Adobe. For example:
