Check settings on computer or if I have a problem with something I turn off everything including computer...wait 20 seconds or so and turn it on again. Usually that will help. Don't know if this will help you though. Hope you get it figured out soon. Things like that usually have an easy fix, but so frustrating until it's fixed! Good luck

This problem doesn't sound like Adobe.  Try Settings in Windows. Settings in Windows is found in the menu items, or press Windows key + I to get Settings.  If you do not have Windows, find Settings in Mac.  It's easier.

In Windows go to Settings, then click "Ease of Access".  Now find Display on the left side and check the 100% (recommended) display setting.  Next, click on Magnifier on the left side and find its Zoom, and check its other settings which can be set for different apps.  This changes apps, text, size and color.

Also check Settings, Background

Browser Zoom:  IF you are viewing your Adobe in a browser, it has a zoom control also, and each browser has this setting in a different area.  Find "zoom" in your browser to look up its zoom control.  An app doesn't become big due to a hack, virus or setting in Adobe.
