I have a global keyboard shortcut: OPT-CMD-,

Photoshop overrides this keyboard shortcut with "Open Preferences with last panel used"
But there is no menu entry for this, so I cannot remove it.

Any idea?

macOS 10.13
Photoshop 19.1.2

Howdy Victor,

You're just trying to use OPT+CMD+- as a shortcut, right?  This is working for me on Mac.  There is a message that the Option key is used by other commands, but that doesn't stop you from changing it.

Are you seeing something different?

Thanks,
David

yes, I can use it for some other action/menu in Photoshop. My problem is that it hides a keyboard shortcut I have set in macOS (open a notes app). And that as long as I am inside Photoshop that keyboard shortcut does not work. I want to be able to remove that shortcut from Photoshop completely. Assigning it to another action would still hide my global shortcut.
Sure, I could change my shortcut. But I am using it now for many years, and I really think an application like Photoshop should not grab a shortcut from me ;-)
