After installing through creative cloud, I am unable to open photoshop at all. If I try to open it through CC, it simply doesn't respond. If I open it using the shortcut, says it is not designed to run on windows or contains an
error. It gives error status 0xc000012f

That sounds like it is not completely installed, or has been corrupted on disk.

Uninstall the application, check your disk for problems, then reinstall Photoshop.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both it, and the Creative Cloud several times with no results. I'm installing it from the Creative Cloud as well

Also, I have had no problems installing other applications, I installed Steinberg Cubase recently on this device, which is larger than photoshop

Hi Zachariah,

It might be the application that you installed which was corrupted.  I would uninstall PS and maybe even CC.  Clear the trash, reboot, and THEN re-download CC and use that to re-download PS and go from there.

"Nuke the site from orbit; it's the only way to be sure...."
Hope that helps -- please ping us here if it doesn't,

What are you trying to install this on?  Are you sure that there is enough hard drive space?

I am attempting to install it on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, and yes there is plenty of disk space, <50gb of free space

Sounds to me like a Microsoft runtime issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-clou...

Can you make sure you install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from the link above?

Would it be possible for me to get a refund for the creative suit, as it is not working on my device?
