Every time I try to download photoshop cc on my mac through the creative cloud desktop app, I will sign in and the app will load for about a minute or two minutes and then take me back to the login screen that looks like the picture and never downloads. I just downloaded the macOS High Sierra version 10.13.1 so my computer is up-to-date and I have downloaded the creative cloud. How can I get it to download on my mac?

April. Adobe had a similar problem like this years ago and the fix is as follows

Go to the following directory, {windows and apple are shown}

Close the cc, find the 3 vertical dots by the face icon and quit the cc app.

Please rename the Opm.Db file within the mentioned location

Windows : : "Users\ {User Name} \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE "

Mac: :" ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE "

Restart  the app and log in and try downloading PS

What is the Opm.Db file you're referring to?

When you installed the cc app it creates a database file called opm.db in the directory I noted above. That file sometimes get corrupted causing your issue. Renaming it causes the cc app to rebuild a new one correcting the issues.

Okay, I'm having trouble finding the original Opm.Db file, do you know how I could locate that on my computer?
