Photoshop Not Compatible with Mac Accessibility Mode

There is a bug that changes the size of the eraser in Photoshop if you have the mouse enlarged in Apple's "accessibility" features. The eraser will look as if it's twice the size it actually is, but only erase inside the inner half of the eraser. This causes the user the inability to note where they are actually able to erase. I'd like to request that Adobe make their program friendly to the Apple cursor resize features in the Accessibility section of preferences.

Yes, the tool will not actually increase in size, just the visibility of the mouse icon.

Try enabling Precise Cursor in the PS Preferences along with zooming into the document.

In addition, work at a lower resolution, ideally on a monitor that’s physically larger. For example, 1920x1080 on a 27-inch or 31.5-inch display.

Or... enable the Zoom feature. There’s a setting that just increases the area around the mouse or you can zoom the entire screen. I like using the command option 8 shortcut to quickly zoom in and then back out when I need a closer look at what’s happening with a tool.
