Photoshop: Liquify bug - Loading a mask resets the mesh

This bug appears on Photoshop CC 2015.5.1. It does not appear on 2015.1. I'm not really sure if it is there in 2015.5.0.

As the title suggests, when loading a mask in Liquify (through the REPLACE SELECTION button, doesn't matter if you load it from Layer Mask, Transparency, or Selection), the mesh that you made is suddenly reset (to default, like there was no liquifying made at all).

A workaround: load your mask first, before doing any liquifying, then remove the mask (click the None button). Now, if you do some liquifying, when you load a mask, the mesh won't reset.

The bug is even more complicated than that, sometimes when you try to load a mask, the mesh is reset, but no mask is loaded at all, but I can't say exactly when.

I hope Adobe will fix that bug soon.

If anyone from Adobe happens to see this report, take a look at my other bug reports, which are just as legit as this one, and nobody did anything about them yet (there are problems with guides and solid color layers in Liquify).
