Photoshop keeps randomly crashing

Photoshop CC keeps crashing at random. It simply tells me that it's not responding and then shuts down.I notice that it will become very slow or unresponsive right before it does this. It doesn't seem to matter how many files I have open, how big the file I'm working on is, or how many other programs I have open at the time of using Photoshop CC.

What OS version are you using?
What does the detailed crash report say?

I running Photoshop CC 2014 on a Microsoft Windows 7 computer.

Before Photoshop crashes I get a pop-up that says, "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Here's a screen capture a my computer when the crash happened.

I opened the event viewer and this is what I found on the last day it crashed:

OK, so you're on Windows, and converting to indexed color when it crashes. Does it always crash on the same document when you convert with the same settings? If so, we need to get a copy of that document.

Unfortunately the crash report doesn't tell us anything in this case.

No, I’ve had Photoshop crash on me with several different documents. When this particular document crashed I was converting it to index color. One time it crashed while I was cropping a file. Another time it crashed when I was using the magic wand tool to select a color. I even had it crash when I was duplicating a layer on yet another document. Like I said in the original complaint, it seem to crash randomly with little warning beforehand. I can’t seem to find a common cause with any of the files I had open when this happens.

Ok, then we'll just have to hope that the issue is one of the top issues in the Windows Error Reporting system and we can figure out the cause from there.
