Hiya Jennifer,

Are you getting any sort of crash log?  Could you post it here?

Thanks,
David

Check the system event viewer or reliability reports for the detailed crash report.

But most likely you are crashing in an outdated video card driver and simply need to update the driver from the GPU maker's website.

Howdy Jennifer,

You should be able to go to the manufacturer's website and find detailed, step-by-step instructions for updating your video card driver.  What operating system are you running?

Thanks,
David

Go to your GPU maker's website (Nvidia, AMD, or Intel), download and install the latest driver for your GPU.

The details of the crash report would be in the system event viewer, or the reliability reports on your system.
